We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 CAD.

Free shipping applies to eligible orders with a subtotal of $100 CAD or more before taxes and after discounts. If your order qualifies, the free shipping option will appear at checkout.

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is available for orders that do not qualify for free shipping. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout based on your location.

Express Shipping

Need your order faster? We offer express shipping at checkout. Express shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated based on your delivery address and selected service.

Local Same-Day Delivery

We offer local same-day delivery in eligible areas. If your address qualifies, this option will appear at checkout.

Same-day delivery availability may depend on order time, delivery location, and daily order volume. Orders placed after the daily cut-off time may be delivered the next available delivery day.

Free In-Store Pickup

We also offer free in-store pickup. Select the pickup option at checkout, and we will notify you when your order is ready.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1 business day. During busy periods, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for your selected shipping method.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Mindvey is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
